Covid has hurt EVERY business.

FYI- The caseworkers lose sleep at night because they were ordered not to go out into homes, to protect vulnerable adults. They know as well as anyone that you can't help over a phone line or email! And they are understaffed just like everyone else.

APS of NM is never helpful. Why are they not doing home visits? Home health workers go into the homes. Do APS workers not go to Walmart or Sams? If they can go shopping they can go into the homes of the people reports are made about. I gave one star because it is necessary for the review to be submitted.
Don't bother

I made a report the week before Thanksgiving. Called the week of Thanksgiving for a report update, received a call saying I would get a call from a supervisor within 24 hours. Never did. I have called 5 more times, and still no return call.

I cannot believe that seniors are treated so rudely and dismissed so easily as I was today...my comment failed to be published this morning and it will no doubt be deleted again...since it is not too favorable to the operator I spoke with...what a shame....why do you cover for each other in this way if your job is to help?
