I called your group on May 13th and promptly received a call back from a very helpful lawyer, Anita Letter. She listened VERY patiently as I described what info I needed, made concise suggestions and verified that I understood the legal particulars of the process. She was careful to ascertain that I was clear as to how to present my position clearly and successfully in preparing letters and documents. Her careful coaching will no doubt help me be so prepared that any legal fees ultimately incurred will be limited, appropriate and affordable. I call and call and no one answers the phone for the elderly program and left messages, no one calls back.
