MEMORY CARE ALLIANCE FOR NORTHERN NEW MEXICO

Provides proactive, comprehensive, on-going support, planning services, education, and resources for families living with Alzheimer's and all other dementia related illnesses. Educates and raises community awareness concerning the level of need for volunteer and financial help. Works to remove the stigma associated with dementia-related illnesses and replace it with compassionate understanding.
