God bless people like Steve Wiard and the churches that give out so many meals each week! This is what Jesus said to do, but how few of us do.

Shared Table is a heart-based organization that helps the needy of Taos County by providing free commodities. They are efficient, caring, and allow many families to weather difficult times.

Shared Table has been in operation for many year, first as a soup kitchen and now as a resource for individuals and families from throughout Taos County. Having previously served as a board member, I know that the operations of this large distribution is huge and with the small staff and volunteer pool, they are able to reach so many. Everything from basic food, fresh vegetables and fruits, self care items, diapers and on occasion, clothing and extras are Ivan to those who need them. I am so thankful for this program for its outreach. Helping so many during this time of need. Thank you!
