Have to call first thing in the morning, to wait for one of few appointments that are scheduled for months down the road. HORRIBLE resources and service!!!

Have waited 2 times over 45 minutes on the phone. And I get no response. I know that my medicare payments for 2024 should come down but cannot speak to anyone. Waited on national line for SSA for over 2 hours.

I have been waiting for over 2 hrs. and not have not even been given a time frame as to how much longer I have to wait. This system is so unprofessional and we should be able to call our local offices for assistance.
