Many Mothers

Many Mothers provides support to families with a new baby (under 6 months of age) in Santa Fe County. Volunteers who are carefully screened and trained are matched with families and spend 3 hours a week with the family (typically in the home) providing emotional, physical and practical support to the parents (typically the mother). Support usually lasts 3 months. Many Mothers provides Baby Boxes and Safe Sleep instruction to families with new babies who are in Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Rio Arriba counties and living under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
